Overview

On the Cases page, you will find the full list of cases your SEON team has created and can manage them from here. You can also create a new case by clicking Create new in the op right corner of the screen.

Search for a specific case by case ID, transaction ID or alert ID, status, assigne or date it was created on.

You can select one or multiple cases and assign them to someone on your team. 

Clicking on a specific case will open Case details page where you can review and edit all the information related to the case, change its status or assign/reassign it.
