Sandbox Environment

The Sandbox environment functions as your own testing platform and API playground, with a completely separate database, rules and settings from your Live environment. Calls made in Sandbox mode count toward the total API call limit.

While calls made in Sandbox mode count toward your total API call limit, any transactions, labeling or other actions performed here won’t impact your Production environment. This makes it great platform for testing your integration and for fine-tuning the system to your exact use case during the Proof of Concept stage.

You can toggle between the Production and Sandbox environments by clicking your name in the top-right corner of the system and then using the switch at the bottom of the popup menu to select the required environment.

When in Sandbox mode, a long gold bar will always appear at the top of the screen to remind you.
