Cancel risky Shopify orders automatically

When an order receives the DECLINE state, it means SEON considers it high-risk based on your scoring threshold settings. You can automatically cancel orders with a DECLINE recommendation. We recommend enabling this only after you've customized your account to best suit your needs and you are confident with the setup.

SEON automatically check every order placed in your Shopify store for fraud. If an order is deemed high risk based on your scoring threshold settings, it will receive a DECLINED state. By enabling Order cancellation, you can automate the process of canceling the order, voiding or refunding the transaction, and restocking the items.

After cancelling an order, SEON will automatically trigger Shopify's Order Cancelled email flow.

You can easily set up automatic order cancellation for your Shopify store in seconds:

1. Go to Apps.

2. Open SEON Fraud Prevention app.

3. Go to Settings.

4. Scroll down to the Declined section.

5. Toggle the switch left of Order cancellation.
