If the email, which is already known to us, had been labelled as a fraud by some other merchant, would we get any notification about that?

In case someone has already made a transaction with a given email, and somebody flags this a week later, you do not get a notification, this information will only appear in your system once a new transaction is made with the address in question. You can create Compare rules around flags using Email addresses, IPs and Browser hashes.
