Is SEON capable of providing a fraud score for a user without us passing an email address?

None of the data fields that are listed in our documentation are required. In general, the more data we get the more precise our assessment can be. However, if you are unable to include Email addresses, Phone numbers or even IP addresses, the system is still functional, and by using our highly customizable rules, you can create a system to fit your own preferences.
