What is a normal list?

The normal list is basically the default state of data points in terms of listing, meaning they are neither black-, nor whitelisted.

For example, in case certain items should be removed from the black/whitelist, the normal list should be selected on the 'List' page during uploading a CSV file or adding the the data points manually.
