How is the card hash calculated? What data is fed into the hashing?

The hash of the credit card used by your customers should be sent in ASCII encoding (e.g. PAN, RSA, SHA-2 family). It needs to be generated on your side and sent in the payload. We do not recommend the MD5 hash for this value.
