If you are utilizing our Fraud API to send in your transactions to SEON, by default, we do retain the data for up to one year and you will be able to recover this information. However, after the retention period, we will delete the data permanently.
If you delete the data using our Erase API during the retention period, then no data will be recovered.
This option is only available in our Fraud API though — in case you are using standalone API calls (Email, Phone, or IP module) the information will not be stored in our system, and recovering the data would not be possible.
