Can we provide our merchants the possibility to mark transactions with the Label API directly?

Yes. Our Label API and Tag API were specifically designed for this purpose. You can find more information about them in our API Reference.

Label API allows you to automatically provide feedback to train SEON's machine learning algorithm based specifically on your business process. This helps reduce the number of false positives and false negatives by enabling the training of customer-specific machine learning models.

The Tag API allows you to categorize your transactions. Tag information will be displayed on the Admin Panel, and you can filter transactions based on them. With the Tag API, you have the ability to get, add, update and delete tag information, all of which can also be done via the Admin panel.
