Whitelisting can be done two ways, either via the Lists menu of the admin panel, by selecting ‘Manual’ at the top right corner and choosing the input field (e.g. User ID), state (whitelist) and the value (the user id in question). Additionally, you may add comments and an expiration date.
The second way is by going to the Transactions view and on the Details view of a transaction, you can see the ‘Lists status’ widget, where you can select some data points to be put on either black or whitelist.
