Before joining SEON, we experienced fraudulent orders. Can we blacklist those emails and IP addresses?

Order details can be uploaded individually or via batch upload. For batch uploads, a file containing all relevant email addresses must be prepared. Once successfully uploaded, rules can be configured to reference the blacklist and block unwanted emails and IPs. Learn more here.
