Is there an easy way to duplicate rules?

Absolutely, you can select any number of Custom Rules in the Scoring Engine and choose an action to be performed at the bottom of the page.

You can turn multiple rules ON/OFF, copy them to the Sandbox environment or Duplicate the selected rules, delete them or move all of them to a rule category.
